mordorxp: yes, you can restart on any difficulty. playing 1st difficulty shows very little here.
Normal mode end boss will finish game and play cinematics on 1st difficulty. just like in original game. but on higher difficulty modes it will give you items, experience and will not end the game.

playing over can be beneficial now because we added socketing, and farming goes on pretty much forever if you wish it.
what i meant is my level 30 plus character or whatever level it will be once i kill the final boss , am i then able to use that same character and start a new game on the next difficulty?
difficulty modes are accessible freely, once you are experienced enough

game modes - are not, characters created stick to their game mode forever

zooming task was given to lead coder, he is working on it. sometime this year it will probably be done.

oh nice thank you cannot wait for it :) , so if i start normal with say horror difficulty it will be locked for hard, ironman and nightmare ?
right
This mod looks really interesting! I'm going to try it out at a later time. I like it when an expansion focused mod takes the atmosphere of the original game seriously. Diablo also needs a little more difficulty. If this mod turns out to be too difficult or grindy it is not a problem. Not every game needs to be completed. I also really appreciate when customizability is offered to new features. The popups for damage and exp were not to my liking, but luckily they can easily be disabled.

There is something special with dungeon crawling games. They do not offer the same variety of environments as other RPGs, but there is something so rewarding with sending your poor characters down into the doom and peril of the depths, encountering arcane magic, horrifying monsters and just barely making it out alive with some powerful new items. Especially if a game penalizes you for losing them by killing them or having to arrange rescue expeditions to get them back.

My favorite dungeon crawling games will probably always be Diablo and the fantastic "Mordor: The Depths of Dejenol" but I should try out some other games like Eye of the Beholder or some of the Wizardry games. A modern dungeon crawler, I have had a lot of fun with is Dungeons of Dredmor. Mechanically and atmospherically it is a very different game to Diablo. But there are a few similarities :-)
Right now there is no item loss on death in multiplayer in The Hell 2, but I have heard it mentioned twice that some might actually like it as a feature. I think, somewhere in future this will be added as an option during character creation (in multiplayer).

Hi! I would like to play in multiplayer with my son but I didn't see "Join game". I tried via Radmin VPN and IPX wrapper. Can someone help me? (my version is 1.1090)

Hello

IPX wrapper is not required

I suggest you follow the instructions from "how to start" channel in this discord. It should get you going within minutes.

Greetings to developer!

I have two questions:
1] Is there any ability to transfer found items from one player to another in lan game?
Asking this coz it looks like player can't see items dropped by other players.
Tried to transfer stuff via stash, but no luck.

2] Is there any message log to see previously typed messages of other players?

Any suggestions?
Hello

Item share is not supported.

There is no chat log, but I will ask around, perhaps someone will want to write one.

OMG this takes me back in time. The Hell 2 is just perfect. Are there any servers to play on? via hamachi or something?

It's p2p so you just connect directly to other players... probably via hamachi
First of all I love this game. it does have a few detractors compared to Beelzebub though. One of my biggest drawbacks where I prefer Beelzebub is the face it has 2 stash storages one for the character and one for the account. that way if I find something on one character I want to transfer to another like spell books and such I can. One other thing I notices with Beelzebub is the ability to make drop items visible without constantly holding down the ctrl key. this one has many upsides compared to Beelzebub though. for example the Synergy system. I love trying to work with that. I have been playing the Executioner class and love it.
