As far as I'm aware, the only location to find out what packages are required for a game is the store page (see, for example, Aquaria or Windward; they list packages below the system requirements on the store page, but I see no mention of them in the game card). Does this game require any extra packages, and if so, which ones? The store page is gone, so there's no way to look them up that way.

Possibly the support page may have these? Anyway, from MaGog:

Yup, I literally just thought of that and found it. From the archive page, these are required:

libc6:i386 libasound2:i386 libasound2-data:i386 libasound2-plugins:i386

MaGog seems to list more, so I guess I'd try going with the shorter list first then add the rest if needed? These are the rest from your post:

ibstdc++6:i386 libx11-6:i386 libxau6:i386 libxcb1:i386 libxcursor1:i386 libxdmcp6:i386 libxext6:i386 libxfixes3:i386 libxinerama1:i386 libxrandr2:i386 libxrender1:i386 libglu1:i386

I also tried checking GOG's support page, but the only thing they really had was a generic list of packages that should apply to most games.

Yeah, that's what I would do. Some of the others may be additional dependencies of the shorter list?
