I've Deus ex on CD and on GOG but GOG GOTY version haven't french text translation, but on CD yes, WHY ??
Can I have the french text on GOG ???

Talk to GOG support about it! They need permission to include the French localisation, from whoever owns the right to that. Then they need the localisation files. There you may be able to help them IF, and only if, they can get the necessary right to include it.
