I tried that launcher, tried messing round with settings, trying to save to a 4TB hard drive but it always shows as minus in game even though I have 3TB free? How can I fix this?

does it save successfully?

I know its due to the fact DE was made before TB HD's where a thing.

Use GMDX or the kentie launcher. Both mods fixed the problem for me.
