I would like to ask if there's any possible version of the OST remastered and in the highest quality possible namely the FLAC. format.I don't say i'm not content with MP3's over here but i bought it cause i thought i will get it in a FLAC. format.

Any suggestions or anyone who has it in FLAC. and willing to share it ?

Thanks in advance.

If you're content with the PC version of the music, you can do that yourself by getting Foobar2000 or XMPlay, which are players that can play UMX/IT/mod music, and then using their FLAC export plugins to make the music FLAC.

I believe some of the GOTY soundtrack CD music is produced differently from what you hear in the game, so I don't know if that will help.

It may very well be possible to find FLAC versions of it on the Internet, but technically speaking that wouldn't precisely be legal, so that's all I'm going to say about it.

Amazon apparently used to carry the soundtrack CD itself at one point, but doesn't anymore. It does have the GOTY edition as a whole, which would include it, but the price on that is a whole lot more than would be worth it just to get the soundtrack CD in higher quality. http://www.amazon.com/Deus-Ex-Game-Year-Edition/dp/B001BWEIAE/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1333684373&sr=8-4

It would be nice if GOG could offer it in CD-quality FLAC for those who want it, but I can understand the filesize difference being a pain.

The filesize is the last thing i and many others care about for sure! I just wanted to support them for getting the soundtrack in high quality and you know...it's almost the same like most of the ripps on the internet.
