First, make sure you haveMicrosoft Visual C++ 2010 (x86) installed.
Download Kentie's launcher and choose a renderer among those three : Chris Dohnal's DirectX 9 Renderer or OpenGL renderer or Kentie's DirectX 10 renderer
Then download , [url=http://www.moddb.com/mods/deus-ex-new-vision]New Vision and its Hotfix, Project HDTP and Deus Ex Enhanced
For the sake of simplification, I'm going to assume you've haven't modified the installation path.
1. Launch the game at least once, try launching the training level for instance.
2. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG.com\Deus Ex\System and backup deusex.exe.
3. Install Kentie’s launcher by extracting the files to C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG.com\Deus Ex\System. Do the same with the renderer you have chosen.
4. Install the HDTP.
5. Extract the NVTextures folder from the NewVision archive to C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG.com\Deus Ex\ (you should now have C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG.com\Deus Ex\NVTextures) and then do the same with the hotfix.
6. Create a folder named Shifter in C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG.com\Deus Ex and extract the content of the shifter archive in it.
7. Create a folder named Enhanced in C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG.com\Deus Ex and extract the content of the deus ex enhanced archive in it.
8. Launch the new launcher, go to configure, tick non-scaling gui, choose your renderer, set your resolution.
9. Go back and chose Data Directories, here you will set the load order for the mods. It should be like this :
Enhanced
Shifter
NewVision
HDTP
10. Now follow step 7 here : http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showpost.php?p=14559815&postcount=1
If you are using DirectX 9 you can also use the ENBSeries effect.
