I have the same issues. Horribly optimized title. I can run RDR2 and freaking Cyberpunk better than this game. And still get 60 FPS on high settings.

I've managed to get the game running at normal frame rates by just disabling MSAA completely. I have everything else at max, temporal AA enabled, vsync off. The MSAA in this game is what was causing the performance issues, at least for me.

I just turn off MSAA so far so good. But if it comes to it i'll turn off Vsync too. Thanks for the tip.
