I am totally stuck in Sams tutrial where you learn how to use dynamite/rope/snake...

After I use the gattling to clear the path I cannot control the character where it says pick up the dynamite. The is no mouse cursor. If I switch to gane menu the mouse appears again. I replayed the mission several times and always got this bug.

Can anyone tell me how to get to the next level? Thanks

Same here on Linux! Is there a way to skip tutorial levels?

EDIT: Figured out how to pass this point, it is enough to fire at the cart 2-3 times, then quickly get off the gun (right click). The cart will collapse on its own 2-3 sec later, just need to make sure Sam's off the gun at that moment...

Here is the fix to the glitch. Just to few clicks with the gatling followed by a right click to deselect sam right before the wagon falls apart.
