They are offering the soundtrack on steam, why not here?
Of course I could buy it from amazon ...

I'm not sure why they didn't offer the "special edition" bundle on GOG, but you can pick up the individual components for the same price. The special edition on Steam is $25.00, and includes the game plus DLC plus soundtrack. Buying the game plus DLC on GOG costs $20.00, and the soundtrack costs $5.00, so the total price comes out the same.

I'm sure gog is working on this and will offer it when it come available to them. They done this with other games like Alpha Centari which didn't have it's expansion for a while

Hm, I think I can't hold myself back for much longer. ;) I am tempted to buy the soundtrack on amazon.

It is available on Bandcamp as well: https://dbsoundworks.bandcamp.com/album/desktop-dungeons-original-soundtrack
which is kinda more in the spirit of an Indie developer. Plus, you can get FLACs, not just MP3s.
