(Post is written in german, because my skill to speak english isn't very well^^)

I'll contact support and ask for a refund, a possibility gog is advertising with. I'll buy this game from GamersGate instead...
I'm sorry, but there's no answer from Daedalic and the [gog] customers alread had a month longer to wait than those who accepted DRM. There obviously are a few customers who feel the same way. If Daedalic wants to sit this issue out, suit themselves, I'll buy this game elsewhere.
EDIT: I just don't understand why Daedalic offers the game on their own website, DRM free, for (almost) the same price, but not here on gog.com...
Daedalic's radio silence concerning this issue is the last straw. This is pure arrogance. And 'buying it elsewhere' is exactly NOT what we should do, because that means they get the money anyway. This whole affair has let my readyness to pay 40€ for a DRM free Daedalic game plummet to about 10$. Let's see when gog.com gets Memoria, or when I can get the game used for a similar price. I've had enough. I'll contact support and ask for a refund, a possibility gog is advertising with. I'll buy this game from GamersGate instead...

The heart of the matter is, I can not support a company with such business practices. There's no price issue, there's no issue with licensing the German voices, and gog.com had their penalty time all right. They're punishing gog because they don't do international pricing (which must be considered a remnant of traditional market structures anyway, and won't do in a globalized world), and they could possibly get a single € or maybe 50 cents more out of a purchase that way.
Their almighty Steam will give this game away for practically free before Christmas, and I cannot but hope that still no one buys it.

Vainamoinen: Let's see when gog.com gets Memoria, or when I can get the game used for a similar price.
GOG already has Memoria, I bought it in October 4th. It doesn't include German language however. Interestingly GOG added German language to The Whispered World recently, so it's not out of the question that Deponia 3 and Memoria will get German language as well at some point in the distant future. Personally I rather buy their games from GOG, because I don't like two version policy which they have on Steam. GOG version may not have all the extras which the Steam's premium version has, but at least I don't have to pay extra for the extras which the GOG version has.
EDIT: I want to clarify that I'm not against different versions if it makes sense. For example Paradox Interactive's Europa Universalis: Rome Collector's Edition came with really cool bust of C. Iulius Caesar and Telltale Games' deluxe version of Tales of Monkey Island DVD came with all kinds of cool pirate junk. But Goodbye Deponia's premium version only includes stuff like concept art, which other companies usually offer as free (often unlockable) bonus material. So, to me it just seems as an attempt to get more money from the fans without actually giving anything worth the money.

I had a small conversation with Daedalic Support over a bug in Memoria and asked them "drive-by"-style (without guns of course ;-) ) how it happened that GoG doesn't have the german language.
They indicated that they didn't reach an agreement regarding the language yet, same was said by GoG-Support, so i think it's just about some policy-issues that can be solved with time. I will buy it when German as a language appears here, because i want to play it with Rufus german voice like the other two.
Just thought i would keep you people informed. :-)
Wishlisted for now.

I´d just hope that Deadalic will realice that it would be much more inteligent in future to do not do such heavy sales and instead of that include German Language Package!

RadonGOG: Nobody who bought Deponia III during the sale should do a refund, as the price for Deponia I & II alone already was terrible low!

I'd rather have the sale, tyvm. In 9 out of 10 times the German synchronization is ridiculously bad. With Deponia they did a good job, I give them that. But - imo - it still sounds much much better in English. Rufus for example is synchronized quite good in German, but in comparison he is hilariously good in English. So much accentuation and emotion, it's really a joy to listen to him. And the same goes for most supporting characters, like Toni e.g. Of course such things are also a matter of taste, but if I can choose, I'd always favor the English version over the German one.I´d just hope that Deadalic will realice that it would be much more inteligent in future to do not do such heavy sales and instead of that include German Language Package!

On the contrary, I'd say that the creative and modern language of the German D3 is impossible to be outperformed. They're doing a really good job with the English voices now, but for me Goodbye Deponia in its original language is the winner here. (I'd take Memoria English over Memoria German any time though).

A recent interview with Carsten Fichtelmann points in another direction though. Here, Carsten explicitly names publisher Koch Media as the reason why they could not put Satinaavs Chains on gog.com with German voices; for Deponia, he just says it's a "difficult pricing policy, so to speak". The explanations in this thread as to the real issue still stand.

Why is that another direction? The "Koch-Media-Incident" reagrding Chains of Satinav so to speak was not part of my post, it was just about Deponia 3. And me thinking about policy-issues and them indicating the same is as well a pricing-policy-issue of course. Maybe i didn't articulate myself very well. Sorry for that. :)
