I've just run a Malwarebytes check and everything comes up clean. If it's any help I'm using the free version 4.3.0.98, Update package version 1.0.40127, Component package version 1.0.1173. I also ran a virus check too and that also came up clean. Try uploading the file to an online checker to see what that reports. Good luck!

EDIT: You are right, it is flagged up as malware - I realised that I'd only run an ordinary scan of the whole system so I then did a dedicated scan on the Demonicon folder and there it was. I uploaded it to Virustotal and it reports that 17 security vendors have flagged the file as malicious. I then double checked via online Jotti's malware scan which reported 3 out of 15 scanners reported malware.

I've just contacted support to see what they say although I imagine it will be a false positive. (Fingers crossed!).

I got a reply from support (albeit a generic one) saying that it is probably a false positive. That's good to know. Anyway, this is what thy said;

Thank you for contacting us.

Our games are thoroughly checked for viruses before launch, therefore we are confident that any warning your software displays is just a “false positive”.

This happens when an anti-virus/anti-malware heuristic scanner (or “smart scanner”) checks a file and finds parts of code that resemble a virus. Please disregard this warning, or use www.virustotal.com to have the file scanned by 30+ known, well-established anti-virus scanners. If the results are inconsistent (as in, different scanners show different results), this practically proves that it's a false positive.

You should disregard the scanner's error messages, if possible. If this isn't possible, you should disable the scanner for the duration of the installation - disconnecting/unplugging your internet connection before disabling your anti-virus software would be a good idea, for security reasons.

Ideally, you should also report this false positive to the anti-virus software manufacturer customer service, if it isn't an inconvenience for you.
