Recently, a boxed version of Democracy 3 has been released in Poland. It has Polish translation, all three DLCs and few mods related to current political situation in Poland. You can read about it here: http://www.gry-online.pl/S016.asp?ID=20481 (in Polish).

Is there a chance for including this content in the GOG version?

Your link leads to Romancing SaGa, btw :) As for the Polish version and the (Non) Parliamentary Edition I am not sure if we can get that, that may have been something done by the Polish publisher of the game so it might something exclusive but I am not sure as your guess is as good as mine.

Strange. It was Democracy 3 when I posted that, but currently it's not. Fixed the link anyway.
