Wolfy777: Achievements indeed don't trigger on the GOG version of the game.
With the first save I've exhausted the dialog lines for both the prisoner you rescue in the first area and the minstrel and I've defeated the lumberjack giant.
With the second save I exhausted all the dialog lines of the prisoner after rescuing him.
No achievements triggered for any of it.
I know this isn't the purpose of this thread, but would it be possible to add the option to adjust the sensitivity of the controls?
I imagine the game is meant to be played with a controller, with a mouse and keyboard I have to be extra careful to avoid undue falls.
I'm also experiencing an issue with the controls being displayed ingame: I can see the shape of the buttons, but not what buttons I'm actually looking at.
I've added screenshots for clarity.
My thanks to the developers for the game and if they take the time to read this. :)
amplify_ricardo: Strangely enough, the achievement issue might actually be related to your Firewall; we're looking into it.
Do you mean camera sensitivity?
Are you playing in low resolution? It shouldn't affect the UI, that's odd; we'de appreciate any details.
Thanks!
Thank you very much for your response. :D
To my knowledge I don't have a firewall set up I'd know about, so I can't help on that front.
My thanks for not abandoning GOG achivements, though. :)
No, I mean, actual movement.
With a controller you can decide if the character should walk or run, while on the keyborad she can only run.
Having the option to toggle running and walking would help make sequanes with pits and lots of potencial falls less stressfull and would allow people playing with a keyboard more percise character movement as well.
It would work very will if you had a button you coud press to go into "walk mode", but not having to keep it pressed. Running stays the default, faster movement, but we'd also get an easily acessable slower movement mode.
Just as an idea, though it would be very helpful.
Let's see.
Yes, I'm playing with the lowest graphics options excpet the resolution. No motion blur or V-synic either.
I checked and my resolution is left untouched, so it matches my system rosultion (1366 x 768) and I left the 60FPS setting, everything else is set to "low" or disabled.
It might be a problem on my end since my laptop might be quite below the minimum requirements (Windows 8.1, i3 processor of twice 1.90 Ghz and 4GB of RAM).
Aside from not seeing the controls properly, I don't experience problems ingame, but the initial cutscene after the burnt down village does stutter and skip every few second - noticable, but not unwatchable.
Thank you for your time and I'd be happy to provide more details if you need them. :)
