Is anyone else having problems with the game taking a long time to load? Sometimes it takes two or three minutes between load screens, even after I patched the game. Is that a normal amount of time? Thank you.

Some people have trouble with loading times, yes, and the latest patch doesn't seem to address that issue.

Also, I read in these sub-forums that the publisher is not going to support/patch this game any further, so, we're stuck with the patch GOG has, and maybe some patching and modding by the gaming community, like what happened with Dark Souls on PC. Japanese developers are not the world's most PC-friendly, unfortunately.

Thank you, that does help speed up loading times. But now whenever I try to leave the police office, it loads forever and does not start, even after 15 minutes. What should I do?

I haven't had that issue... did you make sure to give it enough time to load everything before unpausing? What I normally do is watch my system's HDD LED to see when it's finished loading- Normally while loading without the pause/unpause trick it'll just blink every so often and take forever, but when it's paused there's a lot of HDD activity and loading takes only a second or so. I just watch it & unpause when it stops.

Thanks, that worked. I was just pausing and unpausing it too fast.
