if you "burn the midnight oil" your party becomes fatigued. It will not go away with sleep. as workaround you need one energy drink per party member.

Yea figured this out just the other day, but a day`s sleep should automatically get rid of fatigue.


Another thing to note is that the inventory will sometimes miss medical items meaning you have to come out and go back to see them again.

Burn consists from 2 parts - burning (damage/turn) and it can leave permanent burn.
To heal permanent burn fast you need to place burned man to job "patient" and, possibly, have someone as "doctor". Needs infirmary.
