So when I ALT+TAB to check the copy encryption manual thing... I cannot get the game to come back to fullscreen.

Any ideas?

Focus on the DOSBox window and hit ALT+ENTER.

You can just type in anything and press "Enter". The copy protection is pretty much neutralized from what I recall.
