as happy as I am for having one of my most beloved games of all times playable again ...and happy about how it Looks, sounds etc. theres one HUGE disadvantage of the new Version ...the Interface.

Why the hell is the new Interface "Action sensitive" meaning, it Shows only the Actions on items which make sense ? one of the things in the old Lucas Arts Games indeed was to find out what to do when to do and what might make sense (and often things did not make sense at first glance, but thas was the funny Thing)

But having this stupid Action sensitive Interface makes things almost too easy ...just click and there you go ...
and the old Interface just Shows up in the old "Resolution" which of course means eye-cancer :-)

So if i did not overlook the Option to activate the old Interface in the new Resolution - please make this possible in a future patch :-)

You can play with the old interface in HD indeed. It is right there in the options menu.

well...either I´m blind or ...
in the Options menu i got : Features (Art (Remastered or Classic - same effect if you hit F1) Music and Verbs)
Gamesettings (Subtitles, Text Language, Voice Language, Fullscreen) and Volume (Music SFX Voice)

so where´s this Magic Interface Option ? :-)

Change the "Verb" setting to bar.

First thing I did when I played the game and realised I couldn't use the "give" command on Chuck the Plant with the newui. Can't stand it when P&C games dumb down like that.

That is quite a petty thing to complain about. Complaining about the lack of the original interface I can understand, but this?!
