I see the freezing issue in every game I play.

In this game only 2 people should be freezing but instead all people are freezing.

Luckely the freezing issue ends in the later stages of the game but its annoying in the early and mig-game stage.

Could be lack of warm clothes - you only have skin clothes for half population but as you started producing wool clothes you finally have plenty. Also another explanation could be that you have tasks too far away and villagers dispatching there at the end of fall will still go there in summer clothes and will not have enough time to return in time to change clothes.

The man he has selected in the screenshot is wearing wool clothing, so it doesn't seem to be related to clothing. Something else seems to be causing the issue.

I think both things combined. He told us that biggest problem with freezing was in early-mid game. It is common mistake that players do not think there is difference in clothes. This combined with villagers going too far away in fall (hunting/mining/megaliths) can easily cause freezing.

i have 80 people and 78 wool clothes. only 2 people should be freezing.

i guess, my people need better houses much quicker becuase in later states of the game they are not freezing deep red, only yellow at the end of the winter

Default settings for clothes is that they are crafted only if you have less than 100% of your population. I suggest raising this limit to 125% or even 150% late game as it is good item for trading. Also as you make wool/linen clothes you can stop skin/leather clothes production.

That's what I do. I disable leather clothes as soon as I get wool and linen cloothes.
