I have built many guard towers along the walls of my village, mainly because of the prestige, not because they're very usefull. Now I have run into a major issue.
When I sound the alarm people run to ALL the towers and sit inside them as long as the alarm sounds, in stead of just the towers on the side where the attack happens (I never noticed this before so I could be blind or something). This means a lot of fighters are sitting in towers on the other side of the village, being useless there. I could of course select all the towers and "empty contents", then select all these people and send them to the raiders, but that just takes too much time.
There should be an easier way but I haven't found it yet, OR....people should only man towers on the side of the attack, that would make the most sense imo.
I am trying to fight off a raider attack right now and struggling because of all the dummies that are hiding in towers and yes, save scumming hard on this one.
Is there another way? Or should I just break the things down and build a field of totem poles.
