Hi,
I've got 6 xtals and I'm after the 7th. The quest I got was to break all the statues for an old druid, so light could enter. He gave me a bow to shoot them, but when I try to kill the statues on all 3 lower levels, nothing happens! I also tried using my own bow but nothing happens either. Please let me know where I am going wrong with this quest.

Sounds like a bug or something. I'm playing the game and I'm on that quest right now, almost finished with it. So when you shoot your arrows at the statues on the lower levels, do they just hit the statue and nothing happens?

I aim at the statue with my bow (left click) and nothing happens. (no arrows fly) I think you're right, it sounds like a bug. I think I'll see if I can use a spell. Thanks m8

You shoot arrows at inanimate objects by holding down the 'shift' key then left clicking at the target, while equipped with a ranged weapon. Didn't you go through the archery range and get your diploma? :-)

I just used magic missile and that worked fine, so I'm back in business.
