The DLC installers in the Windows page are all .sh files. Where can I get the .exe files?
I really don't want to go through a client to install my games.

All 3 download links for the offline DLC installers on the Windows page are fixed now: EXE for Windows instead of SH for Linux. However you must first check, whether the System is actually switched to Windows.

Delete the sh ones since they won't work on Windows.

Then go back to the GOG website and download the proper ones (making sure you have Windows selected as your system when you do so). Then just run the installers as per usual.
I was having the same problem this morning.

Windows was selected but was only offering .sh files. I had to swap the operating system to Linux and back to Windows to get the correct .exe files.
I am having the same problem. It is only showing the .sh files for download. Even when I mess with the system setting and go from Linux to windows, from windows to Linux, from the various versions of Windows...all it ever shows for downloading are the .sh files.
Just wanted to chime in to say that it seems this was never fixed. I'm currently experiencing this issue in May 2020. I've opened a support ticket but I'm not optimistic about the chances of GOG actually fixing anything, seeing as how this issue has persisted for months. i suppose I'll have to pirate the expansions that I've paid for, because GOG can't be bothered to fix their own website and I refuse to install Galaxy, as it goes against the main reason I supported GOG in the first place (being able to download and install games directly, without a superfluous launcher with "features" I don't want and never asked for.)
Same here, came for that reason. Really so difficult to fix???

I really should not have to do this. Here are links to the 4 DLC. Obviously do not download them unless you have actually purchased these games for GOG.com. When they have fixed the issue and you can get them from them then these links will go away.

Checked on Windows and Linux, both with Firefox and Chromium. Cannot reproduce: there is always correct file requested, according to the platform set in the download widget.

Check your browser settings, Javascript blocking firsthand, as the download widget utilizes scripts to queue a file.
I don't know what causes this to happen, it seems quite random, but I found a fix for it. If you're getting a .sh file when you're trying to download the Windows installers, do the following: click on the system tab on the download page at the top left and set it to Mac. Now go the installers and pick a DLC installer to download (only switching tabs isn't enough). When the notification pops up it should end in .pkg. Note that you don't need to actually download the file, just to have the download request pop up. Now click on systems again and set it to Windows. That done, click on the DLC installer that you want and the notification should pop up with .exe at the end. If this doesn't work, try adding the extra step of going to Linux first and doing the above, then Mac and then Windows.

Yesterday when I tried downloading the DLC I was indeed getting SH files. I tried it again this morning and it is giving the correct files. It looks like they may have corrected the issue overnight.

It seems to be somewhat random who gets it and when. It was .sh when I posted earlier and when I checked just now. After doing the method I described above it's back to .exe.

Do not worry, pal. I logout and logged in and switched from Win to Linux to Win and the exes were available. Thanks anyway!

Thank you!
I had the same problem, I never even heard about this .sh extension so it seemed to me like the files were corrupted. Your solution worked perfectly.
