According to the Crossover website, you want to launch Crossover. Once it is running, right click on it's icon in the dock. You should see a list of options. Click on "Run Command..." and that will let you run the game with the command line argument. In the dialogue, select the "bottle" that Daikatana is installed to. Then browse to find the daikatana.exe application. Once you do that, edit the command so it reads something like "daikatana.exe -set console"

Clicking Save to Programs Menu should allow you to launch the game like that again without setting up everything again.
