Simple, where are the 1.62 offline installer files for 1.62?

Simple, go to your GoG game library, search for "cyberpunk", click on the game, and download all 28 parts for a full, offline version of Cyberpunk 2077 patch 1.62.
Simple. Go where you told and realize that you get 1.61

...You're joking, right?

The
setup_cyberpunk_2077_1.62_pathtracing_(64bit)_(63672)

...download is a mislabeled release of version 60064 (1.61)? And not even 61835 (1.61 DLSS)?

There is no way to patch without a full redownload!!!!!

1.61.(60064) to 1.61 DLSS3 (61835) patch is not available.

Someone at GoG fix that.

They did the same with patch 1.52.
https://www.gog.com/forum/cyberpunk_2077/v16_upgrade_not_working_offline_installer/page1

In this case, if you're missing the 1.61 DLSS patch, you can add to your torrent client and download a .torrent for that patch - patch ONLY - with this hash info:
2A5CFF3ACA6CD0BD38ECECFAE34245E2E14F2806
Files include:
patch_cyberpunk_2077_1_61_(60064)_to_1.61_DLSS3_(61835).exe (752,400 bytes)
patch_cyberpunk_2077_1_61_(60064)_to_1.61_DLSS3_(61835)-1.bin (1,204,843,754 bytes)

I second that. Please fix.
Bought stuff (over 400 Games) at gog.com especially in order to AVOID having to use semi-legal downloads, torrents and DRM-Clients.

To ever fully avoid such issues, you need to download ALL your games and ALL of the patches (as they are a released), and store a local copy on your harddrives.

My local "backup" folder for Cyberpunk 2077 alone - 1.03 base install and every patch since - is now 321 GB. Plus mods and mod frameworks.

Yeah I do the same, but I don't check unless I am actively playing the game, and even then usually only when it shows up on the "updated" list of games. This one didn't even bring up a cyberpunk update for me for 1.61_DLSS3 (it didn't even say there was an update for 1.62 pathtracing I only knew because it was all over the main page). They still have patch 1.52 to 1.6 available and 1.6 to 1.61, but no way to get from 1.61 to 1.62 pathtracing because of the missing 1.61 to 1.61_DLSS3 patch.

I am in contact with support and they don't seem to understand and gave me a check list to try that didn't help. I just sent them a screen capture and asked them to just have someone post the missing patch but I have no idea if they will actually do it.

Edit: Here is CS response. It's not encouraging.

"Sadly, due to technical limitations we are only able to make the latest updates for the game available and only a fixed number of updates. That said, I will make sure to pass on your feedback to the appropriate department. To my knowledge, the older patches are gradually being retired and so this just might be a refresh delay issue."

So maybe a few more people could write support if you want to try and get the official patch back on GoG, but it's looking like they/their system deleted the wrong patch instead of expiring the earliest patch and now we are SOL. So we have to grab 107 GB if we don't want to try and find a torrent of the patch.

Did that, received the automated answer directing me to pre-formulated text bits, that have nothing to do with the current problem.

Asked to have a human read about my problem and explained in plain simple terms, what's going on. We'll see.

Seriously, THAT was the response you got from CDPR support!?

If you're still in touch with them, follow up by saying that while it's understandable that storage limitations is a factor, is no excuse for removing access to smaller, yet mandatory patches, released between the larger ones.

Earlier, patch 1.52 was missing, yet 1.5 Hotfix 1 and 2, and patch 1.6 was available. And now patch 1.61 and 1.62 is available, but 1.61 DLSS is missing.

Hearing BS excuses like this is so exhausting. In my job, we also sometimes get complaints regarding suddenly unavailable user data. In our system, personalized network storage spaces are created automatically, but any changes (usually upon request from the user) to the network pathing to edit data locations is done manually. And human mistakes can and do happen.

However, when we get such a complaint, we first verify the validity of the complaint. And if found to be correct, we act on it, immediately. Would be bad for business if we don't. Had this issue been at our place, we would have fixed it in 1-2 hours, tops, from receiving the complaint.

Yeah that was a direct quote. I did follow up that either someone messed up or their system deleted the wrong patch, but I really don't think it's going to be much use. Before this last exchange they did ask me to use galaxy to patch it and I wrote back saying I needed the patch for my backup archive. I have no bandwidth caps and I have the HD space, but I am kind of upset that my archive is going to eat over 100 GB more than necessary on my HDD. Like I posted earlier I don't see them doing a thing about it unless a lot more customers write support. They are more than likely to suggest to users to use Galaxy to patch if you want save bandwidth.

LurkerLito: They are more than likely to suggest to users to use Galaxy to patch if you want save bandwidth.
Of couse they are suggesting that. How else are they going to collect more user data and telemetrics for free, which is all any game client is doing. :|

I don't care about the bandwidth either, and I got 72 TB of HDD space (and I want more) in my custom home server, but I still need access to the actual patch if I ever wanted to play the latest release of their game. And having to use a .torrent to get a missing patch, even if it is a viable solution, because they did an oopsie and deleted a mandatory patch file is inexcusable.

So their "answer" is complete and utter nonsense.

It seems to be available in the list once more (but now the newer patches are missing).

I just checked and it looks like the latest 4 patches are available.
1) 1.61 to 1.61_DLSS3
2) 1.61_DLSS3 to 1.62 Pathtracing
3) 1.61 to 1.62_PT_cn_fix
4) 1.62_PT_cn_fix to Build 4666417Change_6067695 (which is 1.62_PT_Hotfix)

They removed 1.52 to 1.6 and 1.6 to 1.61 patches.
