After the 1.04 update the graphics have gotten worse? There is some sort of sharpness effect that is added making the game look bland and facial textures look worse also?

Anybody else notice this? I play without DLSS btw. Have tried it on and I find it to blurry, even on Quality.
Graphics look great DLSS is also working very well..that is with win 10, 3070, 10700, 32
gig of ram and an ssd (on high/ulra settings).
Driver version 460.79

One major graphic setting that can cause some sort of sparkly effect is Screen Space Reflections. Try turning this off and see if things don't look as hazy and sparkly like an animated candle light effect. I wish I could like this feature, but in this game and Deus Ex Mankind Divided, for example, it does this to me.
