If I buy the game in gog will I have the option to update, dlc, packs, ?
is that it says it's not online like epic and steam

You can dl updates from gog itself or even easier install galaxy (it's not bad and not like epic store/launcher with all it's DRM and anti-cheat having to run on your system)

If you have galaxy it will keep game up to date for you. And it will 'just see' the game preorder from gog as it's the same company.
