I have the nudity censor off but my character wears shorts when he takes a shower. Is this normal? He has shorts on even when completely naked. You can see nudity in the inventory but not on the actual character even when out of the shower.

Believed if you want, but this is how some people wash their shorts.

I meant to ask if it was normal for the game to show the PC as wearing shorts even though they're supposed to be nude. But at least you gave me a chuckle.

Yeah, I have learned more about this since posting this thread. Hopefully its just a bug and will be remedied with the patch coming in January.

CDPR dev confirmed the game was intentionally censored after release, the who nudity angle was just deceitful marketing and bait and switch.

Excellent. I wonder what it is that these people want to see? I mean, when they take showers at home can they not see themselves? Is the Internet not absolutely awash with pornography to the extent that anyone can check out the equipment carried by the opposite sex? Are there not anatomy charts accessible via the Internet? So, uh, assuming that the game isn't intended as pornography--what's the fascination with cartoon genitals?...;)

I'm sure there will be a mod out to "correct" the issue. It's an odd issue to fixate on, but I do understand the whole anti-censorship thing, too. It's weird when games allow extreme gore and violence, but zero tolerance on nudity. What kind of message does that send?

Well wonder no longer. I wanna see the damn penis I chose when creating my character. This topic isn't about what the internet is awash with. Its about this video game. So, now you know what at least some of us want to see in the game. :)
