Update 2.0 now corrupts saves. You can load, save and play as usual but the skill tree is corrupted.
When you load the game from before 2.0, the skill tree is reset but not quite. When you actually reset the skill tree, you cannot invest points into the skills. Everything is locked and blocked by the game

A mi me pasa lo mismo. Lo han jodido bien. Llevo 50h tiradas a la basura. Mi blindaje era casi 500 y me he quedado en 100. Todo el dinero de mis mejoras se ha ido a la basura. Al menos podían darte 100000 dólares para volver a comprar tus mods o tu blindaje, pero no...aparezco con exactamente el mismo dinero que tenia antes de actualizar que no me da ni para pipas, pues me lo gaste en mejoras que han desaparecido.

I didn't play with it long enough to see why, but you are right. The skill trees remain locked it seems.

Edit: Actually, they are locked because your corresponding attribute is not levelled up enough. Take Body for instance. Raise those attributes, and the skill tree expands upward and unlocks. Just tested it. No errors or issues at all. It's just our user error.

no that's not the case. All my attribute points were maxed out and I still couldn't spend any perk points

TracerBH: no that's not the case. All my attribute points were maxed out and I still couldn't spend any perk points
Hmmm...I also did one other thing that I forgot to mention. I refunded all my attribute points and redistributed them as well. Maybe that's the key. Hope it works out for you, or they patch it soon. They did advise to start a new game completely though. So, it could still be said to be our error. lol
