I have notice that I am unable to install the uppdate file. It say I don't have enough space, but it doesn't tell me how much it need to be installed.
Can anyone who have installed the uppdated inform me how big it is?
I have right now, 48 GB free on my ssd

I had just over 50gb and couldn't intall it, uninstalling Hades (11gb) gave me the space so 55 to 65gb I'd guess

shit, so I have to unistall a bunch of stuff. I hope it will just replace stuff.

Yeah I also just noticed that. Strange patching process going on. It creates a "!Temp" folder inside the game folder which seems to contain a copy of all game files (it is 64GB for me = game + 1 language pack).

So you need double the space of the original install for the patching process :O

Yeah it's pretty annoying, I suspect patches will be coming thick and fast so I won't be putting much else on this drive for a while.

Patch has just finished so I'm heading back into NIght City.

Edit: I can confirm it removes the temp files as I'm now back to 65gb free space on my drive.

Manged to download the updated file, but it say it is only on 585 MB, as other have said before, is this shit for the other stuff?
can confirm that as other said before that the game create a massive temp file on around 63 gb. When the install is done, it is gone. Still, what the hell CDR?

I am getting a tad tired of this update setup as well.....
I have this game (and nothing else) on a 119 GB SSD (available space after format)
The game takes up 59.6 GB, with 59.3 GB free and it will not update because of this horrible duplication of all files to process the update.

This can easily be fixed with giving us the option to use a different folder/drive location for the temp folder, or by giving us stand alone update files we can download and install ourselves.

My only workaround requires moving the entire install to a platter drive to update then back to the SSD to play.

See attached image, apparently the standalone patches won't work either because they are a separate installer.
So my option is to download the entire game over again with offline installer and manually patch each time, or copy my install folder to a different hard drive for every patch (wasting write cycles on my SSD and the time to copy back and forth) each time an update is done!?

I have the same problem, cant update with 51 gb free, can the !TEMP files download on other drive?. i will keep playing without update until its resolved because i dont want move the game to a no ssd.

The current size of the game folder is 119 GB whilst the patch is been applied.

The temp folder is 60 gb which I assume is the game size after the patch completes.

I will post the game folder size after the update completes.
Note: The patching process is slow so this may not be updated until tomorrow.

That will be several days in coming, most likely.

Look on the GoG interface, click on the extras button and scroll down until you see Offline Backup. That's where you'll find what you're looking for.

The 1.03 to 1.04 patch? It is already available - Games > Cyberpunk > Left click > Scroll down.

Offline installer is below the button for the Client install

The issue is that the offline patch won't work with the Galaxy preloaded installation....you would have to reinstall with the manual full install, then manually patch up.
