V's car just doesn't appear in the "These Boots Are Made For Walking" quest, so there's no checking under the hood of the car. This is the only quest breaking bug I haven't been able to work through so far in my 1.3 patch playthrough.

I don't know if it's a bug or not but I can't even find the "notification" in V's phone that I'm supposed to check so I can't progress at all.

Just adding that it also happened to me, running 1.3. I'm sure the devs have their hands full but it's important that we inform the bugs we find. If you also had this, post here for more visibility.

Have the same thing in my game. Went to the quest marker and there is nothing there. I am literally standing on the marker and V mentioned popping the hood to take a look at it, but there is no car there.

Hi, i had the same issue. But i find how have the car. Wenn you are in the quest with Panam, you need to go see your car at the moment between wenn you sleep in the motel and wenn you go on the garage see Panam. For me i received the message of my car a this moment so, don't go see panam before having your car.
I hope this will help somebody and i know it's not fun to reload a save game, for me i try this after finish the quest so i speedrun it

Car's not there!

Yep - I'm suffering from the same bug. I got the message for the mission, drive all the way out there for no car and inability to complete the mission. Darn it, I really was looking forward to diving this beast around.

Same thing happened to me, the car just isn't there

I had no problems with the quest when I played it yesterday with version 1.31. The car was there.
This quest is mentioned in the patch notes 1.31 so maybe the patch helps?

No car with 1.31. :(

No car in 1.31. Came in via the junkyard and it wasn't there. Reloaded a save in case I had missed a trigger and came in the front way and still no car.

Same for me v1.31. Quest marker, no car.
