I come to this forum for one reason alone and one reason that keeps bothering the hell out of me.

In the 50 min gameplay trailer, we are presented with this song;

But ever since this video, it's been replaced with a far more, LACKLUSTER version,

This version is just... Bloody Awful.
It's like listening to that awful Bulls on Parade in Guitar Hero 3.

I really liked the original version because it was very very gnarly.
My question is; Where is it? Why is it so conveniently forgotten about?
It's driving me nutters.

The composers decided they wanted to go in a different direction and the original is too synthpop. Suck it up.

Yes, CDPR have changed direction in this regard, and judging by the fact "Chippin' In" is Refused's (the band behind the new version) first track there is going to be more of the same style in the game.

I, too, vastly prefer the 2018 version of the song; the new one is screaming rather than singing, and not at all something I like listening to. The old version was really good based on the tiny clip heard in the demo.

Anyone knows where the original version can be found? It's been removed from youtube some time ago.

I agree that their 1st choice was better. The second choice sounds like Sum41 playing to sound like Saliva.
