windows 8 doesn't support directx12 so it will never work on there. :-(

So why in the minimum requirement :
System: Windows 7 or 10 (64-bit)

=> Windows 7 it's ok but not Windows 8.1 ??

I found that, but deleting it didn't fix the problem.
