Hello!
I just finished helping Panam with Saul, and I stumbled across this: https://imgur.com/a/5wSwgMt. Is there a quest somewhere in the game that explains the situation? As far as I know, this game doesn't have map cords (CDPR, if you are reading this, for fuck's sake put in map coords). Scanning doesn't reveal any information. Here is the location:

I would be impressed if it was just set dressing. I like engaging story lines, but I also like when devs just leave some things for us to figure out. Adds a bit of mystique to the game world.
