bkm5221: I understand that they are trying to fix big things at the moment.... but can we get confirmation from a mod or an employee that they are gonna work on some of the smaller frustrating parts of the game. For example, legendary specs only showing up the first time you visit a store, the samurai vendor disappearing, and others. Are these things specific to PS4?
The Cyber Engine Tweek is a ginormous help in the game. In fact, you can also completely destroy anything that was good in it because what you are enabled to do. It, likewise, can compensate for many shortcomings, if used in moderation.
Increase your game difficulty and see if anything else shows up. On lower difficulty setting, the higher tier things tend to show up less frequently, or not at all.
