Update: I got mine. 3 weeks at most.
I opened a refund request for cyberpunk 2077 on 21 of December last year. I only got an automated message from gog games which states if i want a wallet refund to just send them a positive reply. Of course i did not ask for a wallet refund because i would like to spend my money elsewhere. I did not receive a single reply from them. The irony is the spam on my email about promotions and discounts on their products. They were rentless with the spam but of course not with the refund. I do not think they will ever reply to my emails. And please all of you double or triple check from who you buy your online products. Obviously, they scammed me.
I've been waiting more than a month. I purchased the collector's edition and honestly I regret it, I've contacted game.co.uk where I got it from and GOG.com.

Guess what?

No answer, just automatic replies asking me to fill a form where it takes me to GOG all over again.
Update: My Refund from 28th of december.

as of today Cyberpunk2077 has been removed from my GoG acount and written conformation that a refund via paypal is being processed.

lets hope for the best.

Refund came through the next day.

/I'm out.

Been 1 month since i asked for a refund on GOG and 3 tickets later, still no answer.
Got my refund to the wallet after month of waiting. Thanks GOG team, now I can leave and forget this weird party.
Finally got my refund. Seems they've arrived at ~22 December in the refund requests. What a disappointment this whole debacle was.

Someone earlier in the thread nailed it for me. CDPR had customer’s money for a long time with all those pre-orders, turned out a grossly oversold product, then the final insult was that those of us who supported them on their own platform - GOG - were put at the back of the queue when it came to refunds.

I’ve seen enough of this company in the last month to know that, aside from keeping my purchased GOG games updated, I want nothing more to do with them.
Finally got my refund requested on Dec 19th. Although originally I replied that I'm OK with GOG wallet, after the end of winter sale I sent them a mail requesting to refund it to credit card, and it worked.
I've been waiting for a refund since 24th of December.

This is getting ridiculous.

SAME I've open 2 tickets no response yet (1 on Spanish and 1 on English)
Yeah it's getting silly now. And if people who submitted after December 24th are getting their tickets actioned it means there's no real order they are doing them in. Going to give it another 2 days then raise a transaction dispute via my card holder... very disappointing.

It certainly seems so. I submitted my request of January 1st and it was fullfilled on January 9th with the actual money returning on my credit card the next day on Januray 10th.
Also still waiting since the 24th. It seems they're going through this in reverse, but to be fair, that's a common way to deal with it. At least now they're only pissing off a small number of people, whereas otherwise they'd piss off everybody.

As long as they issue the refund as promised I don't care. I'll even take it as wallet funds. Still surprised as the ultra-negative reaction of a lot of non-PS4-users. The launch was a disaster but at least you're getting your money back. They owed me a polished game but when I get my money back that debt fades. All that remains is massive damage to their cred, but that's their problem.
urgh..ok this insanity is taking way too long ! hello GoG and CDPR? are you enjoying that money ? ...
