How do you even check your ticket state? I keep getting this on the support page since my refund request (20 December):
"This page was disabled. Please use the link provided in the e-mail to access your ticket."

But there is no link to the ticket in their e-mail just general ones to the help center and forum.

you should have received 2 mail after submitting a ticket. The first one simply aknowledge your request providing you with the id ticket, the second one is about the problem you submitted (in thie case is the one asking you if you want wallet conversion or money) so look in your inbox for a line that says [gog.com] request received: cyberpunk2077. You should find the link in that one. in any case the link is something like that: support.gog.com/hc/requests/(your ticket id)

thank you, i have found it, it was buried under the winter sale mails.
Finally found the support ticket for my Cyberpunk refund. Says status solved but there's nothing there other than my replies to the automated emails. No refund on account so why is it marked as solved?

did you don´t feel bad on behalf of owners and investors, that lost the chance of profiting more than $700 millions in the days ahead of the launch?

to this day I pray for Todd Howard´s wealth, to keep him capable to purchase the lastest Tesla, things become so unfair since Fallout 4 and 76, people is evil!

Because they are scammers...
Do the refunds keep rolling? I submited my ticket at December 19 and it is still open with no human response.
Thank you for the update on the ticket ID, I was finally able to see the ticket.

I have opened several tickets because of the lack of response. Some are still open, some are closed or solved.

Seems that GOG does close requests and does not let you know about it.

I have submitted for a refund on the 19th of December and there is still no word, almost 30 days ago.

This makes me think twice before buying from GOG ever again.

Just a wild guess but maybe they decided to decline your refund based on this:

We're monitoring the effects of the current update to make sure no one is using this policy to hurt the developers that put their time and heart into making great games. We may refuse refunds in such individual cases. We'd also let you know about any future adjustments in the voluntary Refund Policy in advance.

We trust that you're making informed purchasing decisions and will use this updated voluntary Refund Policy only if something doesn't work as you expected.
This is why there are no limits but instead, we reserve the right to refuse refunds in individual cases.
Please respect all the time and hard work put into making the games you play and remember that refunds are not reviews. If you finished the game and didn't like it, please consider sharing your opinion instead. Also, please don't take advantage of our trust by asking for an unreasonable amount of games to be refunded. Don't be that person. No one likes that person.

Considering you played the game for over 80 hours this might apply
24 days since I requested my refund and the last moment that I received any sign of life from GOG support.

That is more than enough time to scale up any shortage of personnel to handle 'a flood'. I'm more than a little disappointed in GOG at this point.

Same boat.

i only requested on 28th, but then again, it should not take that long for such a straight forward request.

i have 4 minutes playtime. but could not go trough with it after everything that got left out of the game, that they STILL heavily advertised with.

like my choices in game mattered, my background mattered, reputation with factions mattered, my CLOTHING MATTERED.... nothing mattered.

Sorry, but not sorry. CDPR was the last game company that i would have trusted with pre-order money. That trust is now gone, for everyone.

from now on nobody gets my money before I see the merchandise.

lmc2002: Have been waiting since the 18th, seeking it directly back in to my PayPal (since considering recent events I don't plan on buying from them any time soon).

Still no progress so far.

lmc2002: Just to update anyone who has been waiting the same amount of time I have, this STILL hasn't changed.
Still no change.
December 18th and still not a refund

Lessons learned:

-I will never preorder again, no matter how good it looks and how little chance I see of a major scam
-I will never buy a CD Projekt game again
-I will never pay videogames again with a credit card, just Paypal so I can legitimately cancel my order
Update: I got the refund!

Played the game for less than 2 hours, asked for a refund on the 19th of December, received the refund on the 15th of January.

I Will not buy on the GOG store anymore. First few CDPR games I will get from a Chineze reseller. F them!
