Opened a ticket on December 16th and to this day I still got no response from them. And the sale is already over.
I know they may have a lot on their plate right now (I can personally relate to a situation like this) but it is still really frustrating when you are on the "customer side" of things.
The one thing I would be glad of, is an actual answer from a human being and not a machine... and to be frank I haven't even got any of the automated replies since Christmas Eve.
