Requested refund on December 14th. Immediately responded same day to the support email saying I would be fine with GOG wallet. Now I just receive periodic emails asking if my issue has been solved so they can close the Ticket.

Based on the sticky post is seems that refunds have been deemed not time sensitive.
Bought from GOG to support the devs... Would have a full refund to my bank already if I had bought on steam.

Keep it up CDPR. You're doing terrific!

After 25 hours of playtime I doubt Steam would have even considered your refund request.

Best way to stick it to a dirty backstabbing company like this with a rabid fantatic fanbase, buy their next game in LARGE amounts during pre-order. then CANCEL ALL OF THEM just before release, and do it everytime, to each next IP.

If ENOUGH pissed off people do this, it WILL show them what lying to us was like.

21 days now. 3 weeks since I asked for a Cyberpunk 2077 refund from GOG and they still haven't even gotten back to me. CDPR has shown their true colors now and I'm glad they took the hit they took. They truly deserved it.

Just to let you guys know I got my refund on my credit card from gog on the 31.12.20. I did only contact gog for the refund and not the credit card company. Though it is slower - which is totally expected between holidays, a mismanaged blockbuster and ongoing sales - but they get to it. Since I got the refund on the 31. and not in 2021 I guess they are not intentionally holding back for a good 4th quarter fiscal year.

Just got my refund - hope the rest of you get yours soon.
Sent my request on December 17th. Still not answered. On the 24th they wrote that I must wait... I am still waiting
Did you guys get an e-mail when submitting a ticket? I didn't. Will try to stick with steam I guess.

IT seems they sold 13 millions copies in 10 days, including refunds.
I think this shows that false advertising and hyper-hype pay off.

Yes there was an automated email confirming they'd received the ticket and it had a link with your ticket number you could use to access it. Think it took a little while to come through for me though.
I am afraid GOG's implementation of 'refund' policy is questionable. The general rule to do business in a country is to abide by its policies, as with physical goods.
However, since GOG's goods are digital and GOG does not physically move anything they can basically act as they like.
Welp, guess I'm not getting my refund before the sale ends. Wish I had chosen to have the money returned to my bank account now instead of store credit, but nope, I had to believe the whole "if you pick store credit you'll get your refund processed faster" spiel they fed me...
I asked for a refund in december it is now januari why?
21th day today and I'm still waiting.

One week ago, I made a second refund ticket, and the support service took the time to look at it and close it, but apparently they didn't got enough time to refund me.
