Still waiting for mine, too.

The same day I applied, I got a response asking if GOG wallet would be acceptable. I instantly replied yes.

That was nearly two weeks ago now and nothing since bar a terse reply about how busy they are.

As much as owning the games in full was the main appeal with GOG, I will never purchase anything from them again.

Makes you truly appreciate the Steam refunding system.

Uh, wow? really? the last time i purchased a game from Steam which was buggy and laggyas "HELL" called Primal 2.0 the game was underdeveloped for 2 dollars.

I contacted steam support for my money back but instead they replace my money into my Steam wallet, which means, they will never give back your real money.

Then we have rude admins and moderators banning, silencing everyone who they think broke their "code of conduct" or rules that seems unfriendly or unwelcome to to a company who partnered with steam awhile back, are still around. People are not allowed to voice their words or opinions around there. And it doesn't matter how built your criticism really is. Some creators will ignore because 1. their fanbase is already big or 2. They are trying their best to perfect their game.

So I don't see your point telling everyone that you will never purchase from GOG again. At least CDPR did the right thing. Give them a chance and let them fix the game.

But don't get me wrong! I was once a developer of maps working on Doom engine, Half life engine, and Unity making maps for my buddies to test their levels. I was just a newbie until a have gotten better at it. When i first finished my maps, i was able to play along with it using my friend's models. I fixed some bugs here and there on corners especially the depths of the water. I shared it with my buddies and they got some bugs because some of the files were corrupted, weren't uploaded properly or our internet sucks because the files weren't downloaded properly from Tortoise SVN program. you should know about this.

happystuffing: Let's start a refund thread shall we?

I took up GOG on their refund policy. Instead I was given a canned email question if I would accept store credit instead. After giving them a hard NO, I would like a refund to my VISA, they have been radio silent.

This was two days ago.

Anyone else feel like they are being screwed over on this whole Cyberpunk 2077 experience? Or lack thereof..
I made my request December 16th, Answered right away that I wanted a refund to my original payment method.
I've heard NOTHING since then. 2 weeks lol

Certainly I will think twice before buying here again. I can understand being overwhelmed with customer care tickets, but waiting 2 weeks+ to get a reply from a human being (regardless of the inquiry) is completely unacceptable.

Be patient...I put in for a refund on the 11th, day after release and just got the refund email and money back into my account yesterday/ today (email yesterday, money today) Took them almost 19 days to respond. And, the person didn't even bother to say sorry or anything...only you r refund is being processed
I am seriously considering refunding now myself, and think this video explains some similar feelings well. https://youtu.be/rGYyvCZ6WHs
Almost 2 weeks wait to have my refund processed, ridiculous.
Thinking about going to my credit card provider to issue a chargeback.
Put my request for refund in on 12th December, and just received my refund approval today through Paypal. The refund does happen eventually, but 18 days is the longest I've had to wait in about 15 years!
Video might describe the feeling some are hainvg. Hopefully it can and will be fixed later everyone. https://youtu.be/TTTD-6Jc-U8
guys they are slow rolling the refunds because they hope that you will change your mind through time and patches. I went to paypal and got my refund in 24h after gog had me waiting for a week.

Probably true, sadly.

I uninstalled it days ago. I made it through the prologue and I'm done. I will revisit it if features are added back in, the AI no longer blows, and there are some good community mods.

Maybe it will work for some but in my case it is cementing the idea that I will never revisit Night City again once the refund is excecuted, no matter how much they turn the game up over the months/years. Yes, I'm not expecting that fixing CP will be concluded anytime soon... they should have kept this in development for at least an entire year more.

In any case, the absolute trust I had in CDPR is gone and it will be extremely hard to bring it back.

I got my money back finally, so it did eventually happen, I can only say to the other guys waiting just be persistent and don't let them try anything. After this mess I definitely won't be shopping at GOG again CDPR completely screwed everyone on this release. As others have pointed out, all that good will just completely gone down the drain.

They are literaly perma banning entire households, and families over this for merely voicing their dissent on the official forums. Some having been members since 2007.

Expect the worst, be pleasantly surprised if it's a little better than the worst, simple. I've lost a lot more than 60$ here and will never trust this company near the same again.

this was seriously one of the most hilarious posts I have seen regarding cyberpunk 2077 and GOG :D
