I'm still waiting and that was the day of the launch.
I put in for a refund on Thursday morning. Refused store credit and now subsequent emails are ignored.

I will contact him, thanks.
No I don't feel like I am being screwed over. The game is running very well with a few bugs, 2 crashes in 4 days... Looks great, plays well, with only the occasional fps dip... in extremely populated areas (PC generally adapts fairly quickly, adaptive dlss I guess). Enjoying the game, and I'm not going to throw my hat into an arena of overly dramatic foot stamping. I think you'll find that CDPR is working their butts off to fix the game. Their biggest error was releasing this game for dated tech (for that they deserve a kick in the pants, but the game is excellent).
high rated
I am certain CDPR is counting on a majority of the 8 million people who pre-ordered putting up with the unfinished broken game they got instead of going through the hassle of refunding. Why else would they willingly release the game in a state like this if not for making a quick profit? They significantly damaged the company's outlook for the years to come.

I requested the GOG wallet refund but haven't heard back yet. There must be lots and lots of requests, given how dishonest this launch has been. Cyberjunk, the glitch simulator was not the game they advertised. This game is objectively below average in terms of performance and stability. This is something they knew better than anyone, which is why they tricked us.

I think all refunds will eventually come through as requested. This disaster must be contained and a technical solution (i.e. actually fixing the game) is -based on my observations during a full playthrough of the main story- months away, at the very least. I lost money on underwhelming early access games and terrible kickstarter things in the past but never was I fooled into believing these projects where guaranteed to be finished products.

CDPR has leveraged the good will built up through Witcher 3 to sell an early access game to millions of people who expected the finished product they were promised.

In a way, this is the real Cyberpunk in all this: Never trust the Corpos.

That's not what they said.
It is planned to be "Not a bad game." (referring to the PS 4/XBONE version) after months of patching it.

At 16:39.
The intention is to make it a playable game in the future. CDPR messed up. They failed you and went against their own company policy, according to what they said here.

Did you got an email with a confirmation of the refund or anything similar?

Most people who sent requests to get a refund just get the usual automatic GOG wallet email and then radio silence.
Been three days and still waiting after I confirmed I wanted store credit. This is annoying.

I'll admit that I contacted https://www.gog.com/u/ponczo_ shortly afterwards and then got the refund so I can't comment if they went silent.

What do you mean "full playthrough" you watched a full play-through or you player a full play-through ?
It's been several days since the 'Are you ok with wallet funds?' response to which I replied 'No, I would rather have the refund sent to my card'.

I'm really not ok with the silence.

yup, starting to feel that lingering "i feel scammed" sensation in the back of my neck but I'll wait 10 working days before freaking out
