Asked for a refund through paypal yesterday after waiting a week for gog to respond and today I got my refund. Don't wait for gog to refund you go to paypal because they will actually listen to them and give you your money.

I'M FINALLY FREE OF THIS CRAPPY GAME!!!
Today I received the money for the game finally, lets see if in a couple of months if this game is good enough to be purchased.
All I'm thinking now is they better not have taken the money and just gone off for the holidays leaving us as bag holders.
The issue I'm facing is that I didn't use paypal I used my credit card connected to my bank account so I need to wait for them to refund me. I can't open a dispute with paypal.
Yep same I just bought directly with my bank thinking it would be fine, it's actually sad that I have to regard games companies as dodgy now when I buy from them and maybe consider using paypal or something as a gobetween so they don't screw me.

They should have delayed it more.

1Lethn1: And of course now we have people predictably running damage control for CD Projekt Red because they can't take that Cyberpunk is a broken product.
Not a fanboi, just a fact, if a person has played 24 hours he&she doesn-t deserve a refund. It's just obscene the sole idea of being so entitled to think otherwise.

And I am sorry you didn't enjoy the game, but it's not broken sorry, no need to get mad though.

I don't think delays would have helped, even being generous and looking at the gameplay generally they did not spend 8 years on this.

Hmm, I can't agree, because it also shows that he was trying to give the game a chance.

Maybe for a 5 hour indie game but, for a full-fledged CRPG 15 or 25 hours is nothing, only the first approach to the mechanics, class system and first contact with the game.

I've got 13 hours played and waiting for my refund (5 days and counting). I'm sure Cyberpunk 2077 is going to be in my Top 5 games and I'm not willing to play it in a poor version (PC 1.04 version). I did it with The Witcher 3 and the version I played was "sh*t" in comparison with the version everybody had only two months later.

Could be, the more I read about the fiasco, the more I think it was some kind of a scheme to inflate a bubble, profit (not the regular devs most probably), then just run out with the money.
Even if CDPR manage to fix the game and add content or even dramatically change it...and we have CP2077 EE somewhere in 2022 or 2023, the damage to their image of "The gamer" company is probably ruined forever.
Yep, I haven't gotten a single reply on my ticket now and at this point I don't even consider them trustworthy as an online store, as others have pointed out, ironically I should have stuck with steam at least then they would have immediately honoured the refund.
Trying to get a refund too. I will try to sue if they keep at that little scam.

You are wrong.

I can elaborate if you really want me to. Otherwise, just accept it.

How many of you out there had someone twisting your arm when you bought the game?
