I had come to the forums to (again) mention that if pre-ordering Cyberpunk 2077 months in advance, the lure of a discount code which expires shortly after purchase is a huge negative ....... then I got swamped with all this SJW, Awoke means Broke, etc. Who would've thought that CDPR putting extra options into the game would cause so much heated discussion and withdrawn pre-orders.

I'm not a purist. I try not to judge a person based off their skin pigment, tattoos, beliefs, gender, sexual orientation, cyberware, cosmetic changes, or choice in car. All that aside, the changes actually fit with the year 2077 - hell, they almost fit with our current timeline.

But throughout history it's always been this way. People want to abolish slavery and the purists are offended. People want to stop circumcision (men/women) and purist get offended. People want optional abortion for rape victims and purist get offended. People want tattoos to cover the scar of having breast cancer removed and the purists get unhappy. CDPR want Cyberpunk more gender dynamic to reflect the beliefs in 2077 .......

CDPR, I'm going to pre-order Cyberpunk 2077 simply to show I approve of your ethical versatility.

No, you were right. You're not going to touch upon his sex. The idea that gender is a concept that can apply to physical objects rather than linguistic ones, is the figment of a diseased imagination. Genders are for nouns, sexes are for beings.
