The release date and the full download date are the same.
Does this mean we can download most of the game before the release and only have to download a couple GB on release date?
Because to download 70 GB, it would take me almost 22 hours.

With the way the GoG model works, a pre-download might open the door for piracy. I think it might also technically be DRM, since the software needs to check to see if it's ready to play.

There was an option to pre-download The Witcher 3 around week before the release date, so I expect that there will be a similar option for CP2077.
