this is what i get for buying the game on release on GoG , this would never happen on steam. and if it did it wouldnt take more than 5 days to even answer to such a simple issue. it must be code red in the support team room for their 24 hour time window for a response to go out the window. at this point i not sure if i even want the DLC anymore but i bet a refund would be a herculean task to get. gonna be -30 euros for 2 weeks for what it looks like

What exactly do you mean by ghosted? Does the dlc appear in your order history but you can't download it?

nope, the pending order even dissapeared, i got charged the DLC and it is nowhere to be seen. transaction when thru a week ago and still no response . fun.

Dang.
The only thing I can think of is to check if it appears in your library on the gog website (I've had games not appear using galaxy) or check your bank account to see if the change is still there (i assume you already did this at some point)

trust me bro, i can tell im missing 30 euros in my bank account and got nothing in return , still waiting on a reply from them

Since you have already paid for the game, you could get yourself a GoG torrent for the expansion, so you can at least play it until you get a reponse from support and an official solution to the issue.

If you know how to import a torrent from an URL, the hash value
A9ADB2758D6C4BDF9B09965611FBB6CF1CCB28ED

...should work nicely. That's what I did to try the expansion before I buy it later.
