I would like to ask if anyone knows where I could download latest nvidia drivers only, I don't want the whole installer because it has bloatware-(too much stress on cpu) and telemetry-(privacy violation) in it.

Or is there a way to open up the installer that I don't know about?

My pc is offline and I use drivers that came on disc with 1080ti from msi, which is awesome because I can install drivers only.

Thank you.

Seriously?
The answer is: No you cannot just get something else.

d/l the drivers they list for your card and it will ask you what to install during the installation process.
You CAN choose just to install the drivers during that process.

They used to offer drivers only that bloatware with the installers is absurd keylogger and meta data harvester Geforce Experience with its horrible preset.

SImply make the custom install and remove all except the drivers. PhysX is also a driver, Stereo as well, but if you don't want it, disable. The "spy" stuff is the Geforce Exp. No need to install.
Any time you do anything with drivers that require a loader or installer, refuse it at all costs. They are totally mining you.

As for the nvidia drivers, even after you eventually get down to just the driver, open up your apps/programs and then remove the things you specifically didn't ask for, then reboot your system.

MAKE SURE when WinBlow$ forces an update, to only take required ones. Also refuse any forced (graphic) drivers. Especially if you get that annoying nvidia notification. By clicking that, you just allowed them to have everything you own.

If you want to see what's really required, open up your processes and kill them 1 at a time by stopping them. if your system errors out, it will, at worst, boot with generic WinBlow$ drivers.

Of course, you are responsible for your own system. What you do on it is due to the buttons you push.

I use an Razer Orb Weaver controller/Keypad. I despise the required software, so i let it cycle that annoying random color change. I will NEVER own another. It's a little big for my hand anyways, but requiring me use their software to even change anything instead of it being part of a driver is a total breaker for me. I 've it set below my table top in a recess, so i never see it, but there's a LED glow that comes out. :(

Have you tried OPENRGB I don't know if it supports your Orb Weaver or how well it works on windows, I went looking for something on my laptop to change the some colours around in Linux didn't work for my laptops keyboard etc.

Get NVSlimmer.

https://www.majorgeeks.com/files/details/nvslimmer.html

Download the latest driver package for your GPU from Nvidia.

You open NVSlimmer, a window pops up with it, find and select the new driver package you just downloaded.

(If you see an error "unexpected folder yada yada", don't worry, it's bloatware you don't want anyways)

You check the stuff you want, don't check the bloat you don't. (See attached screenshot) If your using the speakers in your monitor through the HDMI cable, you want the HD audio driver.

Then hit either install or repackage. (Repackage makes a new installer package with only the stuff you checked which you can then stick on a usb and transfer to your offline pc)

Easy as......cake.
