Just gonna add on that this is an issue for me to. everything is fine on the inventory, in game not so much. Also the first couple times I loaded it up all my clithing would stack on the in game model, even when unequipped. Was pretty bad.

My male V had cloths on when looking at the mirror but was bald!(had hair all other times), never totally striped him, but there was once he had bandages on and when I took them off he isnt wearing undies, full nudity,

I managed to discover a way to remove the ugly underwear from V when going nude.

The trick is to quickly equip between 2 pairs of pants as quickly as possible, then unequip them.
Do it right and you end up with a completely naked V:

However even this method is highly bugged as it can cause your pants to end up invisible even though you have pants equipped which further reinforces that the underwear thing is actually a bug and not censorship.

It's not a bug It's intentional. They came out and said it on one of their forums . :(

What you're doing is not a fix. You're just causing a bug when trousers are invisible. So the game thinks you have trousers so it removes censorship panties, but the trousers are invisible so you're seeing what you want to see.
