Dark_15: I can't interract with any of the ladders in game. I press F, try to run into it, jump and nothing happens. NPC from one of my missions went up but i can't. Help me please, because I can't go further with my mission.

the ladders work fine in my game.

Does your computer meet minimum specs and have you set the graphics to what your machine can support?

Otherwise, just wait for next patch and try again.

Btw have you tried going to a different area of the city and trying the ladders there?
I found some bugs in one area, that didn't happen in another.

Yes, I tried and in few locations it worked and in few it didn't :/

CymTyr: If you're approaching all the ladders from the same angle, it's possible you're clipping through them. Try changing your camera angle a little bit and backing up about 10 meters and coming back to the ladder, trying again.

The game lets you climb it and also hit F to climb it. What you're describing happened to me in the beginning at the radio tower, and these are the steps I took to be able to climb it.

It's all in the angles with this game. This is the only thing I can think of to recommend. Good luck!

Void_Singer: I've not run into this in particular, at least not that changing my position to the ladder didnt fix...

... however, I have noticed some problems with collision geometry / clipping. You might try jumping and pressing [INTERACT].... one of the nicer things I've found is that you can engage ladders at any point, no just the very top and bottom. might solve any issue with physics trash blocking the trigger point
