GOG is saying I need to update to get DLC's but I'm already on 1.61 which is what I thought was latest. Checking for updates doesn't show a newer version. And there doesn't appear to be any DLC's installed.
What am I missing?

Please don't tell me I have to reinstall.. because I only have time enough to play a bit not to download.

There is already a thread on that.

If you have the 1.61 patch, you already have the so-called DLCs installed.

The Cyberpunk "DLCs" is just regular game content, without any separate downloads.
Which makes calling them "DownLoadable Content" just total nonsense.

In the main menu of the game go to "additional content" - there you'll find the full lists of all installed dlc's
