iminneedofhelp2: I'm getting an average of 25 FPS. I just built this rig and I feel that I should at least be getting a bit higher frames.

CPU: AMD 5950x

GPU: EVGA 3090 FTW3 Ultra

RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 3600

HDD: Samsung 970 EVO Plus SSD 2 TB - m.2 NVMe

MB: Asus ROG Crosshair VIII Hero

Any idea what I could change to try increasing performance, I've set my settings to low/med/high and get the exact same results. I've cleaned my drivers using DDU, installed the game ready drivers, turned off ray tracing and set DLSS to performance mode. I've tried changing the resolutions from smallest to 3840 x 2160. I've installed the github performance overhaul, all to no avail, its super depressing.
