YouTuber has RTX lighting on but reflections/shadows off... This is purely an RTX issue, turn them all on and this issue disappears, turn RTX off and this disappears and skin looks right in fog/shadow. Might only need lighting and reflections with shadows being optional. But this is repeatable for anyone with an RTX enabled card.
