On 12/10/2020 purchased Cyberpunk2077, and played through February 10 2021. Have the save files. Confirmed the purchase date and amount with my bank. Opened a ticket 9/27/23 @ 715am. Yet to receive a reply
Do not have any link to another email address(tested with a forgot password request.
The order history only has some of the free games offered since 2021, nothing from December 2020
Really want to start playing, get the DLC
after posting this, saw that I "Registered: Nov 2021" which is insane as "On 12/10/2020 purchased Cyberpunk2077"

The game is in your library, you have two accounts and you're simply using the wrong one.

You have to login using the account with which you purchased the game - DispatchMinion (and not the one you're using now, DispatchMinion1)

Right. Tried all 3 emails I have and only 1 worked and it's the DispatchMinion1.
Am working on a support ticket with GoG now to recover DispatchMinion hope soon
